“Me thinks you’re better spoken” says Shakespeare. Those are my exact words to anyone stumbling upon my boring page. I am certain there are so many more people that are more eloquent in their speech, have stronger teaching skills, have a more captivating story, more wisdom to impart, have gone through more trials ,or just earned to be listened to because of their gray hairs (unless their hair is dyed).
But, since I was very young, I always had the heart for jotting down my thoughts and lessons learned from my quite time with God. I was sharing with my brother Pavel that I have loads of journals I keep on dusting off, moving from a smaller box to a bigger one. He challenged me to go ahead and write in a blog format.
So, here I am humbly continuing to scribble down on a now-a-days online journal:
- my lessons learned from my quiet time with God
- my family’s health scares
- my husband and I going through adoption process (not adopting my husband, I happily married him 12 years ago)
- my parents’ journey through communistic USSR
- my international family (four people from 3 different countries)
- my silly jokes few people get
- I want to share my heart, my story, and my Jesus woven through all of it
